For years, I lived in cycles of overthinking, anxiety, and choosing partners who weren’t emotionally available. I didn’t understand my patterns,  I only knew my heart wanted something healthy, secure, and safe.

 

That journey led me to healing, training, and becoming certified in Integrated Attachment Theory and Emotional Wellness & Relationship Patterns Coaching

 

Today, I support individuals who feel deeply, love deeply, and sometimes struggle deeply.

I am Julie, the founder of Secure Path Emotional Wellness & Relationship Patterns Coaching. I am a Certified and accredited Integrated Attachment Theory and Wellness and Relationship patterns Coach.
